Hamptons Observatory was founded on an ideal: to offer year-round educational programs for free to all those who want to experience and learn more about the wonders of our universe. We don't charge admission to our events. We don't even charge membership dues. We have no endowment and are not government funded.

We rely exclusively on your tax-deductible donations.

Hamptons Observatory needs your help so that we can expand our programs and establish an observatory, which would be an educational resource in the Hamptons and beyond. Not only would it be a place you could go to for in-person events such as star parties and classes, but it would be available for free remote access (via the internet) so that students, educators, researchers and the general public could utilize our facilities from school or home.
